It is widely used for bending acrylic (organic, PMMA), plastic, PC, PVC, PETG, PP, ABS etc to V-shape from 0-180°. It is a necessary equipment for AD sign products making industry. Proper for sample making and mass 

production.

1. Digital controlled, easy, convenient and safe operation.

2. Manual Working Status and Automatic Working Status for choosing from free. When you bend the 1st 

 workpiece, we recommend the Manual Working Status so to record heating time. To bend the next workpieces

 , just need to preset the heating time and angle value, when time is up the machine will bend automatically.

3. It is equipped with Angle Meter, the bending angle can be adjusted through rotate the hand wheel.

4. Non-contact infrared heating mode,  fast soft and keep perfect surface of heating part.

5. The working voltage is adjustable according to material different thickness and melting character, so the 

    material can be softened evenly.

6. The machine and worktable are cooled by water. It will alarm automatically when water temperature is up.

7. The machine is equipped with electricity leakage protective device, together with earth wire, double safe 

    insurance.

8. Equipped with back ruler, keep highest uniformity of mass production.

9. It can bend V-shape angle from 0-180°,the max working length is up to 3050mm.
