The Tips For Purchasing Wood CNC Router From China

When you want to choose CNC routers for your business, it is better to follow these steps:

1. You should choose working voltage of CNC routers ,depending on industrial voltage in your country. 

    Normally ti should be the same with industrial voltage But for customer in India, it is better to choose 

    AC 220V. (Even Industrial voltage in India is 380V,but industrial power fails everyday)

2. Normally CNC routers can be divided Advertising CNC routers,Woodworking CNC routers,Marble CNC routers 

   depending on different functions. If you worked in advertising, fields,and normal material for you is MDF,PVC,

   Foam Board,Multi-wood, Plastic,Sunboard,ACP sheet,Aluminum(less than 3mm), Brass(less than 3mm),

   Wood(size less than 1200*2400mm),you can choose Advertising CNC routers. If your factory manufactures furniture 

   or cabinets,or doors,it is better to choose Woodworking CNC router.

3. Then you need choose spindle for this machine.If you have chosen Ads CNC routers, you can choose 1.5KW 

    or 2.2KW water cooling spindle.More spindle power will be wasted.If you have chosen Woodworking CNC router, 

    you can choose the following Spindles: 4.5KW water cooling,Italy HSD 3KW, HSD 4.5KW,HSD6KW, and HSD 9KW. 

    HSD 9 KW spindle is for ATC（auto tool change machine)

4. Then you need to choose stepper or servo motor for this machine.Normally if you have chosen Ads CNC routers,

    Stepper motor is best choice. If you have chosen Woodworking CNC routers,it is better to choose servo motors.

    Because when you use this machine ,the design you want to make maybe very complicated, so if some problems

    happen during machining,servo servo system will alarm, machine will stop, and design will not be damaged. 

    Stepper system has no such feedback function.

5. Then you need to choose control system for this machine.There are 5 different kinds of control system for our products: 

     DSP(Digital Signal Processor). WEIHONG, Mach 3, Syntec, WEIHONG DSP .all can be chosen for stepper or 

     servo control system But if you choose ATC(auto tool change )machine, you can choose Syntec .

6. Then we need to choose table for the machine,normally our products have 3 different kinds of tables: aluminum T-slot table,                vacuum table, vacuum & T-slot able.  If you worked in advertising fields,  it is better to choose vacuum table,                                          because the material will be more flat during machining. If you work in ooden fields, you can choose aluminum T-slot table,                because if it is a complicated design ,it will take along time. But if you choose vacuum pump, It is also a better choice.

7. The last thing we need to choose is spare parts,for example,you can choose Mist cooling system if you cut more mental.                    For the maintenance of this machine, you can choose lubricating system.
